- Extra Details:
- The antibody is directed against Thy-1 present in human brain, with small amounts in kidney. The 23.5kD a Thy-1 antigen is absent from human thymocytes and peripheral lymphocytes. Thymus, lymph node and spleen have small populations of CD90 positive cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: ≤0.5ug/1x10e6 cells in 100ul of staining volume Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
