- The antibody specifically binds to the 55kD type I transmembrane glycoprotein known as the low-affinity interleukin-2 receptor alpha chain subunit (IL2Ra, CD25). CD25 is expressed on regulatory T cells and on activated lymphocytes (T and B) and monocytes. CD25 expression on T and B lymphocytes is upregulated by antigenic or mitogenic stimulation. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: ≤0.5ug/1x10e6 cells in 100ul of staining volume Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
