Extra Details:: CD20, a 33-36kD non-glycosylated type 1 transmembrane protein, is expressed by developing, resting and mature B cells, some follicular dendritic cells, and a small subset of mature T cells. B cell CD20 expression is lost upon differentiation into plasma cells. Functionally, CD20 activation contributes to B cell activation, proliferation, and differentiation. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: 5ul is sufficient for staining of 1 million cells in a 100ul staining volume or 100ul of whole blood Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
