Extra Details:: CD20, a 33-36kD non-glycosylated type 1 transmembrane protein, is expressed by developing, resting and mature B cells, some follicular dendritic cells, and a small subset of mature T cells. B cell CD20 expression is lost upon differentiation into plasma cells. Functionally, CD20 activation contributes to B cell activation, proliferation, and differentiation. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: ≤0.5ug/1x10e6 cells in 100ul of staining volume or 0.1ml whole blood followed by a secondary florescent conjugated anti-mouse antibody Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
