Extra Details:: CD117 is a 145kD type I transmembrane glycoprotein in the receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK) family. The CD117 antigen is also known as c-kit and stem cell factor receptor (SCFR). The CD117 antigen is expressed primarily on hematopoietic progenitor cells, mast cells and neural crest-derived melanocytes. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: ≤0.5ug/1x10e6 cells in 100ul of staining volume Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store at 4°C. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
