- Extra Details:
- The neurogenic locus homolog protein 1 (Notch1) is a transmembrane receptor that regulates cell fate decisions. It is expressed in CD4-CD8- and CD4-CD8+ thymocytes, and plays a role in the regulation of myelopoiesis and lymphopoiesis. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: ≤0.25ug/million cells in 100ul Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
