- Extra Details:
- CD339 (Jagged 1), is a type 1 transmembrane Notch receptor ligand. It is expressed by macrophages and certain stromal, epithelial, dendritic, and thymic lymphoid cells. It has been reported to be play a role in Treg induction, Th2 polarization, neurogenesis, and cardiovascular development. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Flow Cytometry: ≤1ug/10e6 in 100ul volume Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Store product at 4°C in the dark. DO NOT FREEZE! Stable at 4°C for 12 months after receipt as an undiluted liquid. Dilute required amount only prior to immediate use. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Caution: PE conjugates are sensitive to light. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap.
