Extra Details:: CD95 is a 45kD type I membrane molecule. CD95 is a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor (TNF-R) family and is involved in the mechanisms that lead to cellular apoptosis. It is expressed on fibroblasts, monocytes, lymphocytes, and neutrophils. CD95 induces apoptosis after binding with CD178 or Fas ligand and CD95 is reported to be used for inducing apoptosis in Fas-positive cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
