- Extra Details:
- GPA33 is a cell surface antigen that is expressed in greater than 95% of human colon cancers. The open reading frame encodes a 319aa polypeptide having a putative secretory signal sequence and 3 potential glycosylation sites. The predicted mature protein has a 213aa extracellular region, a single transmembrane domain, and a 62aa intracellular tail. The sequence of the extracellular region contains 2 domains characteristic of the CD2 subgroup of the immunoglobulin (Ig) superfamily. The open reading frame encodes a 319aa polypeptide having a putative secretory signal sequence and 3 potential glycosylation sites. The predicted mature protein has a 213aa extracellular region, a single transmembrane domain, and a 62aa intracellular tail. Applications: Suitable for use in Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
