A. hydrophila is considered an important fish pathogen producing haemorrhagic septicemia and furunculosis, disease known as "Motile Aeromonas Septicemia" (MAS) or "Red-Sore Disease". Several putative determinants of virulence for fish have been described. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 1:1000 ELISA: 1:4000 Western Blot: 1:5000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C.
