- Extra Details:
- This product is a recombinant monoclonal antibody to TAG 72 with variable regions (i.e., specificity) from the therapeutic antibody B72.3 (Satumomab). This chimeric rabbit antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original mouse IgG1 format. Manufactured using a proprietary recombinant platform technology. Not for therapeutic use; this is a research grade biosimilar. Tumor-associated glycoprotein 72 is a glycoprotein found on the surface of many cancer cells, including ovary, breast, colon, and pancreatic cells. A In-111-labeled, mouse version of this antibody was used in immunoscintigraphy to detect colorectal cancers in patients. In 16% of patients, human-anti-mouse-responses developed. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Imaging. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
