Extra Details:: This product is a recombinant monoclonal antibody to TAG 72 with variable regions (i.e., specificity) from the therapeutic antibody B72.3 (Satumomab). Manufactured using a proprietary recombinant platform technology. Not for therapeutic use; this is a research grade biosimilar. Tumor-associated glycoprotein 72 is a glycoprotein found on the surface of many cancer cells, including ovary, breast, colon, and pancreatic cells. A In-111-labeled, mouse version of this antibody was used in immunoscintigraphy to detect colorectal cancers in patients. In 16% of patients, human-anti-mouse-responses developed. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunohistochemistry and Imaging. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
