Extra Details:: Recombinant monoclonal antibody to CD40 with variable regions (i.e., specificity) from the hybridoma G28.5. Manufactured using a proprietary recombinant platform technology. CD40 is a 48kD Type I glycoprotein, a member of the TNFR superfamily primarily expressed on normal or malignant B cells or B cell lines, macrophages, follicular dendritic cells, endothelial cells, fibroblasts, and at low levels on plasma cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
