Extra Details:: Recombinant monoclonal antibody to CD4 with variable regions (i.e. specificity) from the hybridoma YNB46.1.8 (Campath-9H). CD4 is a single-pass type I membrane protein expressed on the surface of T helper/inducer cells, regulatory T cells, monocytes, macrophages and dendritic cells. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry (frozen). Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
