Extra Details:: Recombinant monoclonal antibody to CD35 (complement receptor 1) with variable regions (i.e. specificity) from the hybridoma 8C12. CD35 is expressed by granulocytes, monocytes, B cells and some T cells. Functionally, CD35 acts as a receptor for the C3b component of complement. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry (frozen). Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
