Extra Details:: Recombinant monoclonal antibody to CD20 with variable regions (i.e. specificity) from the therapeutic antibody 4D5-8 (trastuzumab). This chimeric rabbit antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Human IgG1 format. Manufactured using a proprietary recombinant platform technology. Not for therapeutic use; this is a research grade biosimilar. CD20 (Human B-lymphocyte-restricted differentiation antigen, Bp35), is a hydrophobic transmembrane protein with a molecular weight of ~35kD located on pre-B and mature B lymphocytes, and most B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphomas, but is not found on stem cells, pro-B cells, normal plasma cells or other normal tissues. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
