Extra Details:: Recombinant monoclonal antibody to CD19 with variable regions (i.e., specificity) from the hybridoma FMC63. This chimeric rabbit antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original mouse IgG2a. Manufactured using a proprietary recombinant platform technology. CD19 is a 95kD protein expressed on the B-lymphocyte lineage. Recently it has been incorporated into a CD19 scFv- 41BB- CD3zeta fusion protein-encoding lentiviral vector which was used in combination with a UCART19 cell therapy to cure high risk CD19+ infant acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry, Immunofluorescence Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
