Extra Details:: Recombinant monoclonal antibody to CD19 with variable regions (i.e., specificity) from the hybridoma FMC63. Manufactured using a proprietary recombinant platform technology. CD19 is a 95kD protein expressed on the B-lymphocyte lineage. Recently it has been incorporated into a CD19 scFv- 41BB- CD3zeta fusion protein-encoding lentiviral vector which was used in combination with a UCART19 cell therapy to cure high risk CD19+ infant acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence and Flow Cytometry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
