Extra Details:: Recombinant monoclonal antibody to CD11a with variable regions (i.e. specificity) from the therapeutic antibodyhu1124 (Efalizumab). Manufactured using a proprietary recombinant platform technology. CD11a, a subunit of leukocyte function antigen-1 (LFA-1), is expressed on all leukocytes. Binds to the LFA-1 alpha I domain blocking the ICAM-1 binding site via steric hindrance. Applications: Suitable for use in Flow Cytometry and Blocking. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
