- Extra Details:
- Streptococcus pneumoniae are Gram positive, lancet shaped cocci (elongated cocci with a slightly pointed outer curvature). They are a major human pathogen that cause lung infections that often develop as secondary infections into other respiratory disorders such as bronchial pneumonia. Applications: Suitable for use in Lateral Flow, Immunofluorescence and ELISA. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunofluorescence: 1:10-1:50 ELISA: 1:20-1:200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Matched Pair: Detection: 353505 Capture: 353506 Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
