Extra Details:: ALDH1L1 catalyzes the conversion of 10-formyltetrahydrofolate, nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADP+), and water to tetrahydrofolate, NADPH, and carbon dioxide. ALDH1L1 expression is tissue-specific and is highly expressed in the liver. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunofluorescence (IC): 1:1000-1:2000 Western Blot: 1:5000-1:10,000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:1000-1:2000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
