- Extra Details:
- RNF121 is an evolutionarily conserved E3 ligase ring finger protein that is expressed in the endoplasmic reticulum (1). It acts downstream of the unfolded protein response regulator protein kinase-like endoplasmic reticulum kinase (PERK). Overexpression of RNF121 during the early stages of gonad development led to aberrations in germline development and gonad migration, suggesting that it plays a role in endoplasmic reticulum-associated degradation machinery (1). Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml Immunocytochemistry: 10ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: MCF7 Cell Lysate Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
