Extra Details:: Paralemmin3 is a recently identified protein that associates with the single immunoglobulin IL-1 receptor-related molecule (SIGIRR), a negative regulator of Toll-like receptor-interleukin 1 receptor signaling. Silencing of Paralemmin3 expression by RNAi inhibited the release of inflammatory cytokines in A549 cells after stimulation with lipopolysaccharide (LPS), suggesting Paralemmin3 may function as an adaptor in the LPS-TLR4 signaling pathway. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 20ug/ml Western Blot: 1ug/ml Immunocytochemistry: 5ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: MCF7 Cell Lysate Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
