Extra Details:: The nucleosome assembly protein 1-like 5 (NAP1L5) protein, also known as DRLM, was initially identified as a possible tumor suppressor gene in hepatocellular carcinoma (1). The NAP1L5 gene is located within the intron of Herc3, and unlike Herc3, is imprinted and highly expressed in regions of the adult mouse brain (2). Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 20ug/ml Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 5ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: EL4 Cell Lysate Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
