Extra Details:: LEMD1 (LEM domain-containing1) is a member of cancer-testis gene family. LEMD1 is normally expressed only in testis. Six alternatively spliced forms of LEMD1 transcripts in normal testis have been identified, but only one of the six was expressed in colorectal cancers. LEMD1 may represent a promising target antigen for immunotherapy of colorectal cancers. In addition, LEMD1 and SPATA19 are putative cancer biomarkers and promising targets for active immunotherapy. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: A-20 Cell Lysate Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
