Extra Details:: GHDC, also known as LGP1, is a GH3 domain-containing protein that is highly expressed in normal mammary tissues and mammary tumors. GHDC is primarily located in the nuclear envelope. In mouse, its gene is located on chromosome 11 adjacent to the STAT3/5 locus. Little is known of the function of this protein. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA and Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 20ug/ml Western Blot: 0.5-1ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: 293 Cell Lysate Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
