Extra Details:: The Deltex 4 E3 ubiquitin ligase (DTX4) is a member of a protein family that is involved in Notch signaling and neurogenesis (1). Recent studies have shown that DTX4 is also associated with the innate immune response (2). Following the activation of type I interferon signaling, the Nod-like receptor protein 4 (NLRP4) recruits DTX4 for Lys48-linked polyubiquitination and degradation of the kinase TBK1 (NAK), thereby maintaining immune homeostasis during antiviral innate immunity (2). Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 20ug/ml Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 5ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: HeLa Cell Lysate Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
