Extra Details:: COMMD7 (COMM domain-containing protein 7) plays a role in the regulation NF-kappaB (1). It associates with the NF-kB complex and suppresses its transcriptional activity (2). COMMD7 contains 1 COMM domain and widely expressed with highest expression in lung (3). COMMD7 is a newly identified gene overexpressed in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) (4). COMMD7 is associated with tumor invasion and poor prognosis by NF-kappaB signaling pathway (4). Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunofluorescence: 20ug/ml Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml Immunohistochemistry: 5ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: Mouse Spleen Tissue Lysate Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
