Extra Details:: BATF3, also known as SNFT, belongs to the basic leucine zipper transcriptional family and functions as a transcriptional repressor when heterodimerizing with Jun (1) and can repress the transcription of IL-2 and MMP-1 (1,2). BATF3 is required for the development of CD8alpha+ classical dendritic cells (DCs) and the related CD103+ DCs that cross-present antigens to CD8 T cells (3,4). Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Western Blot: 1-2ug/ml Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Positive Control: 293 Cell Lysate Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
