Extra Details:: JWH 018 adamantyl analog is a mildly selective agonist of the peripheral cannabinoid receptor, where the naphthalene ring is substituted with an adamantyl group. Adamantyl substitutions provide structural rigidity and bulk. Though no biological activity has been reported for JWH 018 adamantyl analog, delta8-THC analogs with adamantyl substituted for the carbon side chain demonstrate improved affinity and selectivity of central cannabinoid and peripheral cannabinoid receptor binding. This synthetic cannabinoid has been identified in a herbal product. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Lateral Flow. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
