Extra Details:: High affinity immunoglobulin gamma Fc receptor I (FCGR1A) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the FCGR1A gene. Also, This protein is known as CD64, belongs to the immunoglobulin superfamily. It is a high-affinity Fc-gamma receptor. They are playing a role in both innate and adaptive immune responses. They have been shown to interact with FCAR. The FcgRI binds the Fc portion of IgG and causes activation of the host cell via an intercellular ITAM motif. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Hybridoma: FO myeloma cells with spleen cells from Balb/c mice. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
