Potent mesangial cell chemoattractant. Shows preferential activity towards naive T-cells. May play a role in mediating homing of lymphocytes to secondary lymphoid organs. Biological Activity: Fully biologically active when compared to standard. The biological activity determined by a chemotaxis bioassay using murine T-lymphocytes is in a concentration range of 10-100ng/ml.
