- TRAF3-interacting JNK-activating modulator is a protein that in humans is encoded by the TRAF3IP3 gene. The gene encodes a protein that mediates cell growth by modulating the c-Jun N-terminal kinase signal transduction pathway. The encoded protein may also interact with a large multiprotein assembly containing the phosphatase 2A catalytic subunit. RAF3IP3 has been shown to interact with STRN, MOBKL3, STK24 and FAM40A. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: ELISA: 1:1000-1:2000 Western Blot: 1:200-1:1000 Immunohistochemistry (paraffin): 1:15-1:50 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
