Extra Details:: THAP3 (THAP domain-containing protein 3) is a 239aa protein that contains one THAP-type zinc finger and exists as three alternatively spliced isoforms. The gene that encodes THAP3 contains roughly 10,721 bases and maps to human chromosome 1p36.31. Spanning about 260 million base pairs and comprising nearly 8% of the human genome, chromosome 1 is the largest human chromosome. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1000-1:2000 Western Blot: 1:200-1:1000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:25-1:100 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
