Extra Details:: This protein involved in neural development, regulating the establishment of proper connectivity within the nervous system. It promotes axon guidance and homophilic cell adhesion. And it plays a role in the development of the visual pathway; regulates the formation in ipsilateral retinal mapping to both the dorsal lateral geniculate nucleus (dLGN) and the superior colliculus (SC). May be involved in the differentiation of the fibroblast-like cells in the superficial layer of mandibular condylar cartilage into chondrocytes. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:3000-1:10,000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
