Extra Details:: TCERG1L (transcription elongation regulator 1-like protein) is a 586aa protein that contains two FF domains and two WW domains. The gene that encodes TCERG1L contains just over 219,000 bases and maps to human chromosome 10q26.3. Spanning nearly 135 million base pairs and encoding nearly 1,200 genes, chromosome 10 makes up ~4.5% of the human genome. Several protein-coding genes, including those that encode chemokines, cadherins, excision repair proteins, early growth response factors (Egrs) and fibroblast growth receptors (FGFRs), are located on chromosome 10. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:2000-1:5000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:25-1:100 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
