Extra Details:: STK32B is a 414aa protein that contains one protein kinase domain and belongs to the Ser/Thr protein kinase family. Using magnesium as a cofactor, YANK2 functions to catalyze the ATP-dependent phosphorylation of target proteins and may play a role in various signaling events throughout the cell. Multiple isoforms of YANK2 exist due to alternatively splicing events. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:2000-1:5000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:25-1:100 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
