Extra Details:: SPATA5L1 (spermatogenesis-associated protein 5-like protein 1) is a 753aa protein belonging to the AAA ATPase family and AFG2 subfamily. Single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) present in SPATA5L1 at the glycine amidinotransferase (GATM)-SPATA5L1 locus have been found to correlate with glomerular filtration rate (GFR), having significant implications for kidney disease research. SPATA5L1 localizes to cytoplasm and exists as three alternatively spliced isoforms. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:2000-1:5000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:10-1:50 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
