Extra Details:: SNX33 (sorting nexin-33), also known as SH3PX3, SH3PXD3C or SNX30, is a 574aa protein that interacts with ADAM15 and FAS-L. Belonging to the sorting nexin family, SNX33 contains one BAR domain, one PX (phox homology) domain and one SH3 domain. The gene that encodes SNX33 consists of over 14,000 bases and maps to human chromosome 15q24.2. Housing ~106 million base pairs and encoding more than 700 genes, chromosome 15 makes up about 3% of the human genome. Angelman and Prader-Willi syndromes are associated with loss of function or deletion of genes in the 15q11-q13 region. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1000-1:2000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:10-1:50 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
