Extra Details:: CTL2, also called SLC44A2 (solute carrier family 44 member 2), is a multi-pass membrane protein expressed in cells of the inner ear. CTL2 is a possible candidate for autoimmune hearing loss in humans. Present in supporting cells of the inner ear (at protein level). Only isoform 3 is expressed in inner ear vestibular tissue. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1000-1:2000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:25-1:100 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
