Extra Details:: The RAB3D cDNA encodes a 24-kD protein as determined by in vitro translation. The deduced 219-amino acid sequence shows highest homology to the RAB3 subfamily of low molecular mass GTP-binding proteins. Northern blot analysis of various human hematopoietic cell lines showed a single transcript of 4.1 kb present at variable levels in each cell line, with highest expression in granulocytic lines. RAB3D was also highly expressed in YJ and HL-60 cells in response to retinoic acid treatment. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1000-1:10,000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:25-1:100 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
