Extra Details:: PAGE-2 (prostate-associated gene 2 protein), also known as P antigen family member 2B, GAGEC2, CT16.4 or GAGEE2, is a 111aa protein that is expressed primarily in testis and belongs to the GAGE family. PAGE-2B (prostate-associated gene 2B protein), also designated putative G antigen family E member 3, P antigen family member 2B, CT16.5 or GAGEE3, also consists of 111aa and is a member of the GAGE family. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1000-1:2000 Western Blot: 1:200-1:1000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:25-1:100 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
