Extra Details:: The N-myc downstream regulated gene (NDRG) family is comprised of four members, NDRG1 (also designated Drg1, RTP, rit42, Cap43 and Ndr1), NDRG2, NDRG3 and NDRG4, which share 57-65% homology. The gene encoding NDRG3 maps to human chromosome 20q11 and is predominantly expressed in testis, prostate and ovary, which suggests it may play a role in spermatogenesis. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:2000-1:5000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:50-1:200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
