Extra Details:: Glyoxylate reductase 1 homolog (Arabidopsis) encodes a deduced 553-amino acid protein with a molecular mass of 60.5kD. GLYR1 contains 2 nuclear localization signals, an N-terminal PWWP domain and an AT-hook, and a C-terminal NAD-binding domain. Western blot, RT-PCR, and immunohistochemistry showed that GLYR1 localizes to the nucleus in a variety of cell lines. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:2000-1:5000 Western Blot: 1:500-1:2000 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
