- Extra Details:
- Human AMBRA1, which encodes a deduced 1,269-amino acid protein. Ambra1 was expressed throughout development in mice, with strong staining in the neuroepithelium. Regulates autophagy and development of the nervous system. Involved in autophagy in controlling protein turnover during neuronal development, and in regulating normal cell survival and proliferation. Interacts with BECN1. Probably forms a complex with BECN1 and PIK3C3. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:2000-1:5000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:25-1:100 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt.
