Extra Details:: This protein belongs to the peptidase M14 family. It has a function in the processing of cytosolic proteins such as alpha-tubulin, which is known to be modified by the removal of a C-terminal tyrosine. Evrey subunit binds 1 zinc ion. It has high levels expression in digestive and blood/hematopoietic system, like intestine, urinary, kidney and bone marrow. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: ELISA: 1:1000-1:2000 Western Blot: 1:200-1:1000 Immunohistochemistry: 1:25-1:100 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: May be stored at 4°C for short-term only. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. Aliquots are stable for 12 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
