Extra Details:: Dectin-2, a C-type lectin receptor, is implicated in the innate immune response to fungal infection. Dectin-2 has been shown to play a role in the recognition of fungi, acting as a pattern recognition receptor. Recent research has shown that Dectin-2 signals through PLCy2 to aid in the clearing of pathogenic fungus. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, Flow Cytometry and Immunohistochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilutions: Immunofluorescence: 1:100 Flow Cytometry: 1:200 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
