Extra Details:: Progressive deposition of insoluble aggregates of the aa39-43 amyloid b (Ab) peptide derived from the proteolytic cleavage of the amyloid B-protein precursor (AbPP), gives rise to one of the pathological hallmarks of Alzheimer’s disease (AD). The formation of Ab fragments is a critical determinant in unleashing AD neuropathology. Applications: Suitable for use in Immunoprecipitation, Immunohistochemistry and Immunocytochemistry. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Immunohistochemistry: 1:500 Immunocytochemistry: 1:500 Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Lyophilized and reconstituted products are stable for 12 months after receipt at -20°C. Reconstitute with sterile ddH2O. Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Store at -20°C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
