Extra Details:: Strongly reacts with human HTLV-I/-II positive serum with strong response to HTLV envelope. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to immunodominant regions aa165-440 of HLTV-I gp46-gp21 region, fused to 6X His-Tag at C-terminal, expressed in E. coli. (Transmembrane domain deleted). Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Flow-through. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
