Extra Details:: Strongly reacts with human HTLV-I positive serum. Source: Recombinant protein corresponding to the immunodominant region, aa351-404, of HLTV-I gp21, fused to GST-Tag at N-terminal, expressed in E. coli. Applications: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot and Lateral Flow. Other applications not tested. Recommended Dilution: Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher. Storage and Stability: Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing and store at -70°C. Aliquots are stable for 6 months after receipt. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap.
